It all started on an app, several messages back and forth, a little bit of indifference, followed by our last first date at Big Star in West Town, Chicago.

A lot of talking, some oversharing, and several drinks later we were talking about a second date, and then a third, and then building our luxury port-o-potty empire.

Many adventures later and a carefully constructed timeline to prove to ourselves we weren't moving too fast Neal asked me to officially spend the rest of our lives together. I didn't need the ring for that...but damn is it beautiful.
