Getting To Ottawa:

If you are flying into the area, Historic Ottawa Illinois is about an hour and a half from either Chicagoland airport. If you need a to/from ride from the airport, Andrea and Neal can help coordinate, let us know what time you're arriving/departing.

There are 3 main types of accommodation options:

1) Hotels Zone: There are 6 hotels off the highway (I-80) which are just a few miles from the venue. We've got discounted group rates reserved at Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, and Comfort Inn. More details below.

2) Harbor Inn Vacation Homes (ideal for families and groups): This is a nearby resort property on the river, with 1-3 bedroom houses. Harbor Inn has pools, restaurant/bar, and access to watersport rentals. You can book directly from the Harbor Inn website, there are also many additional listings on AirBnB.

3) Grand Bear Resort: This is a lodge-style resort with cabins and villas, also great for families and groups. There is an attached waterpark included for all guests, with cabins and large villas. Details here.

On Saturday, we will have shuttles running from these areas to and from the venue, for care-free and car-free transportation!
