Yes it is!! All are invited to the Welcome Party at August Hill Winery Tasting Room in North Utica on Friday 6/27. The party is from 7-9pm, but feel free to check out Mill Street before and after, it's got lots of restaurants and bars with the whole street blocked for outdoor seating. The wedding festivities start at 5pm on Saturday. Check out the "Things To Do" page for fun things to do around town before the wedding on Saturday.

Cocktail dress with grass and barn safe shoes! Events will take place indoors (barn) and outdoors (grass). Feel free to bring changes of shoes and casual/comfy layers for the chilly hours after sunset. We will not have AC, so dress appropriately.

FRIDAY WELCOME RECEPTION: Street parking near August Hill Tasking Room is available. Rideshare is available, but may be sparse at times. If you have room in your car or want to join another car, let one of us know and we'll coordinate carpooling. SATURDAY WEDDING CELEBRATIONS: Shuttles will be available to bring you between most accommodations to/from venue (Wilson Family Farm). You can also park on site if you prefer.

There will be a bus running loops to bring everyone between the hotels/resorts and Wilson Residence. Please indicate where you are staying on the RSVP so we can make sure your location is included. If you're not sure, no worries! Just text us as the date gets closer. Check back on this website the week of the wedding for specific details.

There is ample parking if you prefer to drive, but we encourage you to take advantage of the bus we rented! It will be making loops throughout the evening roughly every half hour, so you can return to your accommodations when you please! Please let us know your accommodations in the RSVP for shuttle pickup (feel free to text as well with more detail/questions)!
